  Our 2019 (new-build) heater quit on Thanksgiving 2022. Chris (owner) showed up the very next day. He was efficient & thorough in his assessment, finding it could be a few issues causing the problem. Chris offered repair options, explaining he's mindful of clients' pocketbooks. I chose a more conservative option. Chris noted our motor was under warranty (I didn't … More realize this), so if the less expensive fix I started with didn't work, then he could replace the motor for labor cost only (nice!). Chris showed me his work every step of the way and taught me about my furnace (also nice!). Chris' pricing is very reasonable and he answered any questions I had afterward via text.
  I also decided to hire Chris to do a furnace clean/check w/blower removal & wheel cleaning because it was apparent whoever our builder hired to clean the system did a terrible job (or it just didn't happen). Same experience - Chris showed me every part, explained how they work, what he was doing - and it didn't cost me an arm & a leg.
  Fast forward to January 2023, the motor started in again w/the same problems. Chris got the replacement warranty motor ordered & installed ASAP. He even came back to adjust an exterior vent the builder didn't position properly without charging me for his time or labor!

  Had a fantastic experience working with Chris. He made time in his busy schedule to assess and fix a problem we had with our furnace as a last-minute project before we left out of town. He was very understanding, very professional, and very fair with what he charged (I thought he should have charged us more). You won't find a more honest and caring individual. We will be using him for all of our future hvac needs.

  Chris installed a new heater for us. He was so easy to work with. He came over and diagnosed an issue with a really old heater (for free!), then he prepared some estimates for me (I asked for cheap/expensive options, which he gladly provided), and I picked an estimate and he got the work done. Very fast, very professional, bring on the cold weather, we're ready!

  I called to request service to repair our air conditioning system that wasn’t working because the fan wasn’t blowing. He said he couldn’t come out until Monday but to try turning everything off because the system may be frozen. I did what he suggested and six hours later the air-conditioning system is working fine thank you so much and I will call you with our future needs!
